They have the subject of Transportation Engineering as subject in their curriculam. In their visit they learned some of the details about railways like signalling, interlocking, switches, rails, sleepers, ballast, etc.,
And also they learned about the railway bridge, parts of abutment, return wall, wing wall, bearing piers, kerb and road slab etc.,
